Game Rules:

1. Rule 1: The primary objective is to connect all the roads together to complete the road connection project.
2. Rule 2: As you progress, you'll encounter different mechanics. Fixed roads, indicated by a red dash surrounding a red dotted square, cannot be rotated. Manholes, introduced later, allow you to transport to another manhole of the same color when tapped.
3. Rule 3: Cones can hinder your movement, preventing you from moving to another road or the road itself. Look out for powerups that can clear cones of the same color.
4. Rule 4: Linked roads, denoted by a plus sign, rotate simultaneously with other roads of the same color when one is rotated.
5. Rule 5: Your score is determined by the number of moves you make to another road. Note that moving from a manhole does not count towards your move score.
